The Director, Emergency Department will serve as a mentor by role modeling a professional practice consistent with organization goals, customer service, clinical effectiveness, and standards of care. This role is responsible for daily operations and overall direction, budget, and strategic planning of the unit.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Masters Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Registered Nurse (RN) Single State or Compact/Multi-State License (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification (Required)
- 3 years of Healthcare Leadership experience (Required)
- 2 years of Nursing-Emergency Department experience (Required)
