Director of Nursing Patient Care Services

The Director of Nursing Patient Care Services is responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality services, setting the vision and culture, and building ownership and process improvement for sustainable value-added services. Provides leadership and administers fiscal, corporate and human resource policies in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Masters Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• 5 years Healthcare Leadership (Required)
• 5 years Clinical Leadership (Required)
• Active RN license in state of practice or compact/multi state license (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire
