Job Description
The Epic Security Manager of Operations is responsible for leading Epic security across the enterprise, ensuring consistent and compliant access to Epic applications, and overseeing security operations. The role requires a strong understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare security regulations, as well as experience with Active Directory, single sign-on, and identity management solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- Certification in Epic Security is required
- 10 years of IT experience desired
- Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare security regulations
- Experience with Active Directory (AD), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity management solutions
