Manager Cyber Security Identity and Access Management

The Identity Provisioning Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of identity provisioning for Epic and other clinical applications, ensuring seamless integration with the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.

Requirements

• Lead the identity provisioning process for clinical applications, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement, and optimize workflows for user onboarding, role assignment, and access management integrating with the organization’s IGA platform (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar).
• Provide guidance, direction, and supervision to provisioning team members, fostering professional development and a culture of excellence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epic provisioning best practices, IGA trends, and evolving clinical compliance requirements.
