Manager, Patient Access

Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital is hiring a Patient Access Manager to oversee Registration Services/Patient Financial Services. The successful candidate will manage high volume areas and ensure high quality services that meet or exceed customer service expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• 3 years of applicable managerial experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) - Certification - National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) (Required within 12 months of hire)
• Supervisor experience in Patient Access or Patient Accounting - 3yrs (Required)
