Job Description
Sentara Medical Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to perform patient care and administrative tasks, requiring a High School Diploma, certification as a Medical Assistant, and 1 year of clinical or administrative experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, RMA, or NREMT-Basic)
- 1 year of clinical or administrative experience
- BLS within 90 days of hire
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
