Job Description
Sentara Health is seeking a Medical Social Worker to provide medical social work services to patients in the hospital setting. The role requires assessing patient needs and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement plans to address identified needs.
Requirements
- MLD- Master's Level Degree in Social Work
- BLS (Required within 90 days)
- Valid Driver's License
- Hospice, Home Health, Social Work, Group Social/Rec Program (previous experience required)
