Job Description
The Patient Advocate facilitates continuous quality improvements in patient care by maintaining interfaces between internal and external customers and by maintaining a data system of customer issues for use in identifying areas for improvement. They protect the patient's rights and provide staff education to improve patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
- Customer Service - 2 years (Required)
