Job Description
Sentara is hiring a Patient Care Technician to work on the Med Surg Unit at Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, VA. The unit focuses on stroke patients and is nationally recognized. The role provides patient care, support admissions and discharge, and complies with patient safety practices under the direction of a professional nurse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- American Health Associate BLS Certification within 90 days of hire
- Sentara Care Partner Certification Program, or equivalent experience
