Job Description
The Population Health IT Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic's Population Health and Analytics solutions to advance value-based care, quality improvement, and population health initiatives.
Requirements
- Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of Epic Population Health solutions
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Epic analysts and builders
- Partner with clinical leaders, care management, quality, and operational stakeholders
