Job Description
Sentara Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice. The RN will develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for specific patient populations and manage a patient case load through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree (Required)
- RN (Required) - Active in Virginia
- BLS (Required within 90 days)
- 1 year of nursing experience (preferred)
- Previous Home Care experience (preferred)
