Job Description
Sentara Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health. The position requires an Associate's degree, RN license, and BLS certification. Experience in nursing and home care is preferred. The role involves developing and implementing plans of care for patients, managing case loads, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members.
