Registered Nurse- Home Care

Sentara Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for specific patient populations, manage patient cases, and possess clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Active RN license in Virginia
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days
• 1 year of nursing experience (highly preferred)
• Previous Home Care experience (highly preferred)
