Job Description
Sentara Home Care is seeking a qualified individual to join their team as a Registered Nurse to develop and implement plans of care for patient populations and manage case loads through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Virginia
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- 1 year of nursing experience
- Previous Home Care experience
