Job Description
Sentara Heart Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking an Echocardiographer to join the Non-invasive Lab Team. The Echocardiographer will perform Echo and Stress Echo tests, Transesophageal (TEE) Echocardiogram, and Doppler ultrasound.
Requirements
- At least one of the four certifications: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Advanced Cardiac Sonographer
- Graduate of an accredited echocardiography program or equivalent education in accordance with IAC Guidelines
- Basic Life Support Required
- Adult echocardiography registry (ARDMS, RDCS or RCS) required within 12 months of hire
- At least 3 years of echocardiographer experience
