We are seeking a Senior Partner / Channel Sales Engineer (SE) to build, enable, and scale the technical capabilities of SentinelOne's partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in cybersecurity technologies
- Proven experience enabling or working with channel partners, distributors, or system integrators
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-driven partner guidance
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for technical enablement sessions
- Structured, disciplined approach to tracking enablement progress and partner readiness
- Comfortable acting as a technical authority and escalation point
- Builder mindset with a passion for scaling ecosystems
- High ownership and accountability for partner success
- Strong collaboration skills with sales, SEs, and partner leadership
- Calm under pressure when handling escalations
- Bias for clarity, structure, and repeatable processes
