Software Engineer

SentinelOne is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Observo AI team in India, focusing on optimizing AI-driven data pipeline and reducing costs. This role involves developing and maintaining scalable data processing pipelines, enhancing ML-driven data routing, implementing real-time analytics, and collaborating with various teams. The position offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities for performance tuning and code quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with focus on backend development, distributed systems, or data processing
• Demonstrated commitment to code quality and testing practices
• Strong proficiency in Go, Java, Python, or similar programming languages
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with data processing frameworks (Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, or streaming technologies)
• Basic understanding of database technologies (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Exposure to functional programming languages (Haskell, Scala, Elixir, OCaml, F#)
• Experience with machine learning concepts and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack)
