At Sentry, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing quality customer service and resolving requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
- Good human relations skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of computer skills and software applications
- Ability to navigate through various technology software
- Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements
- Basic critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
