Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience. 8 or more years of related work experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and professionalism.
- HR Generalist skills to include compensation, employee development, benefits, and organizational development.
- Solid understanding of fair employment practices and regulations.
- Previous change management experience preferred.
