Job Description
The HR Operations Consultant will support the CHRO in executing HR programs, analyzing data, and preparing data for leadership. The consultant will also serve as a backup for other HROCs in the state and for the CHRO. The position requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong understanding of HR operations and business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of progressively more responsible Human Resources experience
- Experience in state and federal laws and government and regulatory reporting requirements related to HR
- Experience in the development, interpretation, and application of human resources policies, practices, and programs
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Self-directed
