Specialist - Roma

As a Specialist at Sephora in Rome, you will manage the store floor, facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team, and support Managers in daily activities. You will also monitor and analyze team KPIs, coordinate commercial and organizational activities, and train new hires.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder)
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit
