Specialist - Roma via del Corso

At Sephora, we're looking for a Specialist to excel in our Roma via del Corso team. As a Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the floor, facilitating communication between team members, and supporting Managers in daily activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder)
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit
