Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited training course for Nurse Aide certification, and current CNA certification

High school graduate or equivalent, current Certified Nurse Assistance (CNA) Certification, Bachelor’s degree in Social Service or Activities preferred, minimum 2 years’ experience as paraprofessional in Assisted Living or Skill Nursing Facility

High school graduate or equivalent with advanced training in accounting or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting; 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, 1+ year of payroll experience

High school graduate, Associate Arts degree in Recreation or related field, minimum one year experience in social or recreational program, and knowledge of bereavement, grief and loss management theory and practice

Previous Housekeeping experience, ability to lift and carry furniture, ability to recognize and report concerns regarding residents' physical, mental and/or emotional status

Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of marketing and sales experience, and prior experience in real estate, property management, or senior residential living

High school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited training course for Nurse Aide certification, current CNA certification, current CPR and First Aid certifications, current CA RCFE Medication Technician certification

High school diploma or equivalent, current CPR and First Aid certifications, CA RCFE Medication Technician certification, experience working with geriatric population and persons with cognitive deficit highly preferred

Strong interpersonal skills, professional driving experience, and ability to work under pressure

Proven experience in facilities management, environmental services, or a related field, with a strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and maintenance best practices
