Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Environmental Services to manage a high-rise building with a diverse staff, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for the community.
Requirements
- Develops short- and long-term goals and objectives
- Oversees administrative operations and personnel management of the Environmental Services Department
- Reviews corrective maintenance projects and repairs for the community
- Ensures training of personnel in general safety practices and procedures
- Prepares department operating and capital budgets and monitors expenditures
- Acts as liaison between governing agencies and community management
- Oversees apartment renovations and remodeling
- Reviews all projects within the community and makes recommendations
