Life Enrichment Assistant

We are looking for an individual who assists in planning, organizing, and implementing programs and activities which encourage the social, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual development of residents in a senior living community.

Requirements

• Leads simple group activities to meet the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the residents
• Assists in making provisions for materials and supplies
• Prepares and posts a monthly calendar of activities
• Maintains up-to-date records, plans, reports, and evaluations of the program and resident participation and functioning
