Job Description
Serán is expanding the Business Development team and is searching for a BD Associate dedicated to inside sales. This role will be responsible for the growth of Serán’s business through managing the lead generation and progression process.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce preferred
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
