Director, Training and Development

The Director, Training and Development will implement and manage training strategies to support the commercial business. This includes developing and maintaining a strategic training plan, managing direct reports, and overseeing the creation and facilitation of sales training classes and meetings.

Requirements

• Pharmaceutical industry experience mandatory
• Understands how to work in a hospital system; rare disease/aliments portfolios
• Can manage budgets and is astute in delivering quality materials at reasonable costs
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Leverages Adult Learning theory to enhance and execute programs
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications
• Must be able to understand and work within cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities
