Regional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Director - Europe F/H

SERB is a fast-growing specialty pharmaceutical company seeking a Regional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Director - Europe F/H to lead a team of Regional MSLs, develop regional MSL strategy, and provide scientific leadership across European markets. The therapy areas of focus are primarily oncology and rare diseases.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree in a healthcare science
• Significant experience (>5 years) in Medical Affairs / Field Medical roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Proven experience leading MSL teams at local, regional or global level
• Strong understanding of the European healthcare environment and country-specific medical affairs requirements
• Experience in oncology and / or rare disease is desirable
• Experience working across multiple European markets and cultures
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
• Exceptional team-player
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Exceptional communication, presentation skills and inter-personal stakeholder-management skills
