As a People Operations Manager, you will own and support the day-to-day people operations functions that help our organization scale effectively. This is a highly operational, hands-on role focused on recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee experience, organizational processes, and supporting leadership across people-related initiatives.
Onboarding & Employee Experience: Own onboarding coordination and ensure employees have a smooth and organized onboarding experience. Coordinate new hire setup, maintain onboarding documentation, and help drive employee engagement initiatives. People Operations & Organizational Support: Coordinate feedback cycles, performance review processes, and employee check-ins. Maintain organizational documentation and help establish scalable people operations processes.
Ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to help build strong operational foundations in a fast-paced startup environment. Comfortable operating independently and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
