People Operations Manager

Role Overview

As a People Operations Manager, you will own and support the day-to-day people operations functions that help our organization scale effectively. This is a highly operational, hands-on role focused on recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee experience, organizational processes, and supporting leadership across people-related initiatives.

What You Will Do

Onboarding & Employee Experience: Own onboarding coordination and ensure employees have a smooth and organized onboarding experience. Coordinate new hire setup, maintain onboarding documentation, and help drive employee engagement initiatives. People Operations & Organizational Support: Coordinate feedback cycles, performance review processes, and employee check-ins. Maintain organizational documentation and help establish scalable people operations processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in people operations, recruiting operations, HR coordination, or employee operations roles
• Experience supporting hiring pipelines and coordinating recruiting processes across multiple stakeholders
• Experience onboarding employees in fast-paced or startup environments preferred
• Familiarity with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and employee management platforms
• Experience maintaining organizational processes, employee documentation, and operational workflows
