Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, or premium service environments
• Strong active listening skills, able to build trust quickly and catch what people mean, not just what they say
• Detail-oriented and organized, with clear and calm communication skills in writing and on the phone
