Job Description
We are seeking a Resident Aide to assist residents with personal care, non-professional services, and monitoring their health. The role involves daily ADLs, bathing, feeding, toileting, and supporting residents with a variety of tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills are needed. Experience as an Administrative Assistance or Front Office, and willingness to perform both roles is preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum one year experience as a Resident Aide
- Current BLS certification
- Valid California Driver’s License with acceptable record
- Ability to lift, transfer, and transport residents
- Familiarity with infection control procedures
