Job Description
The Corporate Controller is responsible for leading all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. This role partners closely with executive leadership and finance leadership to support strategic decision-making, financial oversight, and budgeting/forecasting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- 5+ years of close and reporting responsibility in a multi-site organization
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to analyze financial and non-financial data and communicate insights effectively across all organizational levels
