Job Description
Sergenian's Floor Coverings is seeking an experienced HR leader to help carry the company's legacy forward. The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct all HR department functions, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and maintaining compliance with Federal, State, and local employment regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in the construction or trades industry
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification desired
