Manager, Ticketing & Intelligence

We are seeking a mid-level Manager to oversee ticketing strategy, sales data analysis, and industry research for clients across New York City, making data-driven recommendations and implementing ticket programming and optimizations.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant, data-driven role
• Experience with ticketing within the live entertainment industry required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required
• Strong mathematical skills, analytical skills, and financial acumen required
• Ability to be available evenings and/or weekends as needed required
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills required
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively across disciplines and departments required
• Excellent communication skills (written, in-person, and presenting to large groups) are required

Benefits
