Job Description
We are a full-service marketing and advertising agency seeking a Senior Manager to oversee ticketing and pricing strategy, sales data analysis, and industry research for clients in the live entertainment industry.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant, data-driven ticketing roles.
- Experience with ticketing systems regularly used on and off-Broadway (STAR/Telecharge, Nliven/Broadway Direct, Tessitura, Ticketmaster, Audience View) a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (Macros & VBA, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, charting, etc.).
