Senior Community Associate

We're seeking a Senior Community Associate to support engagement and operations for our pharmacist community. This role involves managing day-to-day community activity, supporting onboarding and events, and helping surface member insights that inform product and growth strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in community operations, customer engagement, or support roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Proven ability to manage multiple workflows and carry projects through to completion
• A passion for building and nurturing communities that provide real value to members
• Comfortable working across time zones
• Proactive self-starter with a growth mindset
• Experience in healthcare or professional communities is a plus
