Job Description
Be Part of the Future of Sleep! As an Operations Manager at Serta Simmons Bedding, you will be responsible for overall operations at an assigned plant, including supply management, production scheduling, manufacturing, shipping, warehouse, maintenance, people management, and implementation of change initiatives.
Requirements
- 5 - 10 Years' experience in manufacturing, supply chain, materials management, logistics and quality control.
- 5+ Years' experience in Safety and Risk programs.
- Lean Manufacturing experience - green belt preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
