Job Description
Serta Simmons Bedding seeks a Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift, to lead cell/department activities and associates to ensure a quality product is produced safely, on time, and within budgeted costs. The successful candidate will identify daily production challenges, develop and monitor standardized work, and assist in improving processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years related experience in a Lean manufacturing environment in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
