Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) - Part Time - Mental Health

SERV, a well-established leader in behavioral healthcare in New Jersey, seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to assess, diagnose, and treat illnesses in consumers enrolled in the substance use program.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program
• Graduate level 3-credit course in Pharmacology from a school duly accredited by a national accrediting agency approved by the Board of Nursing
• At least 2 years of direct experience in the treatment of substance abusing and dependent individuals
• Certification as an APN via the New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric – Mental Health APN
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
• New Jersey Controlled Dangerous Substance (NJ CDS) and Drug Enforcement Administration Controlled Dangerous Substance (DEA CDS) certificate
