Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to provide top-notch service to our customers in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist customers with scheduling appointments, resolve issues, and work in a team to provide valuable mobility solutions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills and able to type a minimum of 25 wpm
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule between Monday through Saturday
