Lead Systems Engineer

Serve Robotics is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and analyzing complex electromechanical and/or robotic systems, with a focus on systems engineering and requirements management.

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Software or equivalent engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in the design and analysis of complex electromechanical and/or robotic systems
• Experience in systems engineering and requirements management including systems analysis, requirements decomposition, and verification & validation
• Experience in data analysis of test results including probability and statistical analysis techniques
• Hands-on approach to the test and debugging of electromechanical systems
• Fundamental knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for audiences ranging from technicians to senior executives
