Job Description
The Area Installation Specialist is responsible for recruitment, training and utilization metrics for Installers in their geographical area, and ensuring customer expectations are met while fostering relationships with Lowe’s Home Improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three to five years related experience and/or training
- Customer service management experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write letters and prepare other documents as needed
- Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment
- Knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
- Ability to lift and carry 65 lbs.
- Ability to drive a vehicle and meet company driving and insurance coverage requirements
- Up to 75% travel
