Job Description
We are looking to hire someone in our Flooring Installation Coordinator position who enjoys customer service. The Flooring Installation Coordinator is a customer facing role responsible for partnering with Lowes Installed Sales staff and Service Pros Installation Groups Contractors to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens, knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software/Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
