Installation Coordinator role at Service Pros Installation Group, responsible for customer service, administrative support, and coordinating with Contractors and customers for flooring installations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Customer service experience
- Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens, knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software/Microsoft Office
- Ability to remain organized and efficient
