Job Description
ServiceNet is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join their AWC Support Staff team to help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities participate in recreational outings, skill-building opportunities, and socialize. The role involves engaging in activities, providing support in setting goals, and modeling appropriate behavior, with a focus on fostering independence and community engagement. Staff assists in record keeping, conducting related activities, and supporting the individual's progress.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 or more years of experience supporting individuals with ASD.
