Requirements
- Around 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical/operations role;
- Strong analytical and financial acumenâyouâre comfortable turning complex data into clear, practical recommendations;
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Power BI, Excel, and/or sales automation tools;
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders and crossâfunctional teams across different geographies and perspectives;
- Experience guiding crossâfunctional initiatives and building partnerships built on trust and clarity;
- A strategic lens combined with good attention to detailâyou understand the big picture and know how to connect the dots;
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to adjust your style for different audiences;
