Senior Sales Operations Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to provide strategic support to the Area Vice President and leadership team. The role involves shaping planning, operation, and scale, and providing data-informed insights for effective decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical/operations role
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Power BI, Excel, and/or sales automation tools
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams
• Experience guiding cross-functional initiatives and building partnerships built on trust and clarity
• A strategic lens combined with good attention to detail
