As a Customer Success Manager (Enterprise), you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of ~35 Enterprise comm+ customer accounts, gathering intelligence on customer usage, and determining what features and services are most valuable to their businesses. You will also collaborate with customers to solve complex problems, analyze user engagement data, and identify actionable insights to continuously improve the customer experience.
