Requirements
- Construct and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders
- Sell in a consultative manner
- Serve as a reference and main contact between the company and assigned accounts
- Identify business opportunities, trends, barriers in the assigned region, develop action plans, risk management, and follow-up of actions
- Implementation of the visit plan to meet sales goals and business unit objectives
- Develop strategic territorial plans
- Evaluate the potential of possible clients
- Coordinate internal communication and account planning meetings
- Update action plans and information regularly
