Requirements
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a Tier II customer facing technical support position.
- Knowledge in TCP / IP networks
- Knowledge of technologies such as operating systems SQL, Unix, Linux, Windows, Cloud azure – familiar not expert
- Any programming experience, Front end JavaScript is a plus
- Fluent English required
- Azure Cloud Services Cloud Testing, Cloud-Windows Azure, PaaS, Cloud Computing is a plus
- National Diploma in IT
